About
Ferrari Networks Inc.
Why Ferrari Networks Exists
Ferrari Networks began in 2010 under the leadership of Kevin Ferrari, CEO and President. Drawing on more than 25 years of IT industry experience, Kevin built the company around a practical idea: businesses deserve responsive support without confusing explanations or recurring problems. That idea continues to guide our work across Western New York.
We saw how reactive IT support left business owners waiting for answers while employees lost productive time. Temporary fixes, poor communication, and a lack of planning often allowed the same issues to return. Ferrari Networks was created to take ownership, address root causes, and help clients make informed technology decisions.
Today, we support small and mid-sized organizations throughout Buffalo and Western New York. Our team combines proactive management with direct, plain-English assistance when people need help. We remain focused on the principle that shaped Ferrari Networks from the start: clients should be able to run their businesses without becoming IT experts.

How We Work with Clients
These practical commitments shape the experience clients receive from Ferrari Networks.
Take Ownership
We approach technology as an essential part of the client’s operation, not a disconnected list of support tickets. That means coordinating details, following issues through, and keeping the business impact in view.
Prevent What We Can
Good support should not begin only after something breaks. Proactive monitoring and planning help identify developing concerns before they cause larger interruptions.
Make Technology Understandable
Clients deserve straightforward answers about their systems, risks, and options. We explain recommendations clearly and connect technical decisions to practical business needs.
Build Long-Term Understanding
Effective IT support starts with learning how a client’s employees and workflows depend on technology. That context helps us recommend solutions that fit the organization instead of applying the same answer everywhere.
